公司英文名是CO、CO.,LTD.还是LTD？

一直想当然地以为co是公司的意思，Ltd是有限的意思，所以有限公司的写法是“CO”或者“CO.,LTD.”。但其实Limited有“有限的”和“有限公司”双重含义，其简写“Ltd”有且只有“有限公司”一种意思。“有限公司”在国际上的正确英译是Ltd，因Co.,Ltd.在中国被大量使用，所以也被认可。

以前18强为例，经统计，两家省略Ltd，三家使用Co.,Ltd.，13家直接使用Ltd，而没有叫“ABCCo”这样的公司。
